Love for you (野狗骨头)
Plot Overview
Set in the 1990s in the small southern city of Tengcheng, the story follows Chen Yi (Song Weilong), a rebellious boy struggling at the bottom of society—a "wild dog" fighting to survive—and Miao Jing (Zhang Jingyi), a resilient girl from a single-parent family—the "bone" in Chen Yi’s eyes. They first meet when their parents become acquainted. After Chen Yi’s father dies and Miao Jing’s mother disappears, the two unrelated children are left with no choice but to rely on each other. As adults, Miao Jing bravely confesses her feelings, but Chen Yi becomes a key witness in an arson case and forces her to leave Tengcheng to protect her. Years later, Miao Jing returns to Tengcheng for work and reunites with Chen Yi, who now runs a billiard hall. As dangerous forces from the past resurface, the two join forces to fight side by side, eventually finding healing and love in each other.
